As a former chronic low back pain and headache sufferer, Dr. Erika Mennerick knows her patient’s frustration first-hand. She too was treated by a number of medical practitioners (medical doctors, chiropractors, and athletic trainers) before she found a doctor who took the time to assess the way she moved, determine the true cause of her problem, train her in rehabilitation exercises to restore strength and endurance, and teach her how to prevent the condition from reoccurring. She now applies this knowledge to her own patients. Her experience with natural remedies has become an invaluable resource for her patients and friends who frequently come to her before reaching for drugs.
Dr. Mennerick participates in ongoing educational opportunities in natural medicine, functional rehabilitation, chiropractic adjusting techniques, and more in order to maintain knowledge consistent with current concepts and research advances.
