Graston Technique

Graston Technique is a deep-tissue, myofascial release technique that uses specially designed steel instruments to assist in breaking through scar tissue adhesions and restoring normal tissue function. Dr. Mennerick has been a certified Graston provider since 2005. She implores these instruments to treat plantar fascitis, ITB friction syndrome, tennis elbow, and scars.

    • Yes! I’ve worked with many people with rotator cuff issues including impingement. Graston can be helpful. My approach combines stretching, rehab, and adjusting as well to help restore the proper motion and control throughout the shoulder, shoulder blade, and spine to take the stress of the rotator cuff.
